1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch:
  Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it

• After Dispatch:
  Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange (see section 2 below).

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The request for return is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and we receive the product in its original condition, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).

Note:

• Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

• Custom-made or personalized instruments.
• Items sold under clearance, sale, or “as-is” conditions.
• Used or damaged items not caused by transit issues.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@alyumna.com with:

• Order number
• Product photos/video showing the issue

Our team will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

For all approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product attributable to Al Yumna Overseas Pvt. Ltd.

For international orders, customs duties, import duties, VAT/GST, local taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the buyer fails or refuses to pay applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other destination-country charges, any return shipping costs, customs charges, storage charges, penalties, or other related expenses may be deducted from the refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
