1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept product returns only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, manuals, and accessories.
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or natural wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos showing the issue (if applicable).
Once approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund or replacement as per eligibility.
4. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved:
Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account).
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).
5. Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if any part/accessory is missing, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or unboxing videos for quick resolution.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other returns (change of mind, wrong order, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
