1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it

After Dispatch: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange (see section 2 below).
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The request for return is made within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact.
Return shipping charges of the item will be covered by Buyer

Once your return is approved and we receive the product in its original condition, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
